
BROOKE DAVIS BIRD
ABOUT ME
Brooke Davis Bird is a Florida attorney. She has worked with small and large businesses, landlords, developers, lenders, and construction professionals since becoming licensed in 1998.

Ms. Bird attended the University of Florida and received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with honors from Florida Atlantic University. In 1998, she earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeaster University, where she earned book awards in Real Estate and Appellate Practice Workshop; taught Real Estate and Torts for the Academic Resources Program; was a research assistant to several professors; served on Law Review as an Articles Editor and Lead Articles Editor; and has published two law review articles.

After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998, Ms. Bird began her legal career with Ruden, McClosky as a litigator focusing on construction defect litigation before moving into the real estate department where she focused on general real estate matters, construction and design contracts, and drafting condominium and homeowners association documents. In 2009, Ms. Bird opened her own law practice where she handled mortgage foreclosure defense, general litigation matters, contracts, real estate matters, and served as outside general counsel to small businesses, and she joined J. Muir and Associates in 2025, where she continues to practice law in the areas of business and general litigation.

When not practicing law, she has served on the Board of Trustees for her daughters’ school, the board of directors for the Girl Scouts of Broward County, and been involved in a variety of charitable organizations.
